3 weeks ago today the kids took their MCQ test. Scores still aren’t posted in SIS despite repeated promises in writing. First we were told Dec 5, then we were told Dec. 11. I don’t understand why it would take so long to post the scaled score?

I doubt that this topic is helping in any way, if anything it is proof to the admin and other teachers that the parent is kind of crazy.

Highly doubtful. He was most likely spending the whole weekend knee deep in grading at this point. lol.

To the other parent from the class: did you hear about what happened today?

No. I know they took the quiz and the kids are grading each other’s work

Apparently the quiz is no longer counting as a summative. He told them after they took the quiz. Then spent most of the period talking about the quiz and then handed out a huge homework packet to be due the next day. The packet had them using some technique to write a DBQ they haven’t discussed and had a link for more info which couldn’t be accessed because it was only a appear copy and not actually posted on schoology.

I didn't hear anything about a DBQ... she had told me about a HW packet, but pretty sure it was handed out at least a week earlier.

Hmm. I thought this was a different packet from the one from last week and it was given out just Wednesday after the break.

This should say paper. Needless to say, it was another night of self study and hours spent on an assignment that won’t even be looked at most likely.
