Prosecutors usually don’t have such trouble getting grand juries to indict people.

The first attempt at re0indictment was in Norfolk. Norfolk is a Navy town south of Washington DC (you may not know this posting from Moscow). It is a conservative town. Since the Halligan Clown Show failed there, they brought it to Alexandria and failed there too.

Yeah, that Tidewater area is far from liberal enclave with several religious universities educating the populace there. In addition, you have several naval bases and shipyards. Military is not known to be a base of liberalism. And most Americans know that Norfolk, Tidewater area, is not a liberal area.
