all teams 1-18 who finish/don't DQ get an award. Just like IAS top 6 get medals and 7-18 get various large ribbons. 19/alternate may also get a participation ribbon. Everyone gets a patch

Unlike ISA awards are not presented the night of relay carnival but are instead given to teams at the end of the meet to hand out.

It is supposed to end by 8pm, but we will see if the weather cooperates.
