I don’t think detention in private school is a thing. For serious issues, they call the parents and if the parents can’t get the child together, eventually they’ll be suspended/expelled and their enrollment contract won’t be renewed. At SR the girls get infractions for minor issues, and if they get enough of them, they may lose some sort of privileges, subject to teacher discretion.

Yes they hold auditions for sports. If she is trying to do both sport and play she needs to talk to the coach/teacher directing the play about logistics.
