It's youth soccer, it is always not enough. Leagues see the bank P2P clubs make. Tax returns show local club revenues of $4-8 million. Player sales are too meager to cover costs for academies, they need a cut of the bigger pie.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Not enough, they need MLN2 to try to keep academies afloat.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:The Philly Unions don't exist without being subsidized by the FC Delcos. The Philly Unions aren't changing to accommodate the FC Delcos
And I am hoping for both BY and SY for top level leagues to reduce RAE.
How much in subsidies does FC Delco pay to Philadelphia Union?
How much is not enough?

How can something that's not here be here to stay?
Because it’s coming Fall 2026….don’t ask dumb questions. Dumbass
If it's not here, it can't be here to stay
There's this recent phenomenon called logic
We have a start date…it is here on that start date…sorry you’re a BY parent who is still upset.
Where do parents go to register as SY or BY?

That’s exactly why mlsnext won’t stay BY. It opens the door for ecnl to be a first choice option for sept-dec birthdays who aren’t going to an mls academy. They don’t want two top leagues, they want what they have now, which is a clear 1 / 2 order at the top.
