Just a reminder to everyone: what she did is illegal and is grounds for termination.
And the bar for termination is LOWER for someone with her level of seniority. If she was a GS-7, she'd probably get a one-week suspension without pay and a note on her SF-50. But a GS-15, Step 10 and lead communications officer for the agency? They are supposed to be better than the average GS gov'y.
If I was doing a Douglas Factors analysis, she'd get dinged on #1, #2, #5, and especially #8.
