Telsa is awful? They were wonderful until they didn't meet your political agenda??

Plenty of people disliked Teslas before Elon went off the deep end.

Elon has always been off the deep end to anyone even remotely paying attention. He did not try to hide who he was.

Who thinks that? With so many quality EV cars now available Tesla cars are looking more like crap every day.

I canceled. I thought the firing of journalists was immediately apparent with what has been missing the last few days.

Why doesn't the Washington City Paper just hire all the Post's laid off sports reporters?

It sounds like The Banner is going to expand their coverage into DC sports. Where there is market demand other outlets will fill the gap. I suspect by this time next year what remains of the Post will be nothing more than an online-only right-leaning political website. And that’s it.

The Post disaster really highlights how malevolent billionaires like Bezos are these days.

I'm surprised they haven't updated the tag line to something like "Trump's Is Awesome"

The 75,000 number is after Bezos commanded the editorial page to only publish opinions in favor of free markets and personal liberties. Another 250,000 left a few months before when the editorial page prepared an endorsement for Harris and he didn’t allow them to publish it.

Are the estimates now 100,000 loss since summer 2025?

I heard the number is estimated to be 250,000 subscribers left since last 12-15 months.

Ended my WaPO subscription as well as all amazon accounts. I will not support fascism or those who support it.

I want to do the same but I’m addicted to Amazon. What can I use instead?

What did you do before Amazon? Go to a physical store and buy only what you need even if it costs more.

Stop buying Chinese sweatshop made bunny slippers at 2am after a bottle of wine!

(I admit I’m guilty too though)

I've been done with Amazon. Yes, Amazon is tops with regard to convenience, but I would rather go to the store or buy online from Wal-Mart. I realize Wal-Mart isn't much better than Amazon, but I'm really done with Bezos. Additionally, I really despise the fleet of Amazon trucks choking up the small streets in my neighborhood every afternoon and evening.

If you've heard anything about the Post's leadership (well, Bezos just fired 1 of these guys so make that former and current leadership), this short video by a former Postie is hilarious:
