I don't see someone with dementia, to be honest. I see someone who is getting old, yes, and less sharp (never the sharpest knife to begin with), but mostly bored and indifferent. He doesn't care enough to be regularly briefed or to be precise. He's a narcissist who wanted to stay out of jail and exact revenge.

The thing about 78-year old men is that they've already passed the average life expectancy. It shouldn't be a shock to anybody when a man that age rapidly deteriorates and dies of natural causes within any given week. It happens every single day. He's got a chance to make it to 82, but he has a much greater chance of not.

The life expectancy of a man in the US at the top 1% of income is 87.3.

I disagree. For so many reasons. There is no "worse" than what we have now. The biggest difference is that no one will fear Vance. Congress will do it's job. We will have checks and balances again.

Also, will Elon Musk own Vance the way he owns Trump? I doubt it. The biggest proof to me that Trump has some form of dementia is that he has allowed Musk to take over, steal the spotlight, have all the power. Trump looks like an impotent fool who is bored out of his mind. Vance will presumably want to weild power which means he will have to take some from Musk (and yes, I do think that Musk is the most evil and the most dangerous).

Peter Thiel owns JD Vance, and Thiel is arguably worse than Musk. One way or another, the US is owned by weirdo billionaires. And they clearly intend to destroy this country. Our constitution is inadequate to the challenges America currently faces. The founding fathers did not envision German and South African billionaires capturing the country.
