In many states, yes.

Musk will not be able to screw around everywhere. But there may be tight races that he is able to taint.

In general, his approval is fairly steady, a hair or so down, but disapproval is definitely trending up when you look at filtering different polls that have multiple readings this early in the presidency... So that would indicate people moving from a neutral position to a disapproval position
