Between March and September 2024, Pro V&V quietly signed off on a rapid series of hardware and software updates to ES&S voting machines. These updates were all waved through under the label “de minimis,” a technicality supposedly meant for small, insignificant tweaks.
If it's considered major, it should trigger a full public evaluation but that’s not what happened.
What got approved were sweeping changes: new ballot scanners, modified printers, updated firmware, and an entirely new Electionware reporting module.

The lawsuit, SMART Legislation et al. v. Rockland County Board of Elections, moves forward, with a hearing scheduled for September 22, 2025.

The felon’s tweet “Now is a good time to buy,” is further proof he rigged the election. He loves to tease and tell on himself. We know that tweet signaled action he was taking: eliminating reciprocal tariffs (while maintaining 10% across the board.
When he said “Mike Johnson and I have a secret, which I’ll reveal after the election” and his “I don’t need any more votes” at his rallies, they too were signaling action he was taking: allowing Elon to use an if/then algorithms that changed 10% of the votes in certain counties, along with bomb threats called in by Russia in swing states.

What's so hard to understand? Yes, the GOP has morphed into MAGA. Everyone wants to believe the end justifies the means, but when the means are are racist, sexist, anti-LGBT, anti-veteran, anti-disabled, cruel, blatantly lying and misrepresentation >> then you endorse all of those things, whether you believe you are a swing voter or not. Of course, the Dems will cross the aisle, just like Cory did last night. But, too many MAGA are not willing to budge an inch for their vote, so no Dems do not need to "cater" to MAGA. They can decide if all the chaos and pain and uncertainty was worth it the next time they vote.

Gross. I would be ashamed if that was my kid. When I asked my DS about the then-current vibe at his HS school after I read about LGBT hate incident, he responded:

I feel fortunate that my boys grew up in such an environment.
I think this kind of thing is wonderful. It reminds me of my great grandmother’s book about growing up in the Weimar Republic. It’s crazy that it’s taken a century to get back to those healthy levels of tolerance. It goes to show that history loops around rather than just progressing ever upward in a straight line.

You are MAGA, just own it.
1) Biden is/was old, but he knew what he was doing and was generally a decent and good president and person.
2) Who cares what either of them think.
3) She ran a good campaign and was a good candidate. Her policy proposals are what everyone says we need, but she was drowned out by the BS.
4) There was never a huge influx of people and the border wasn't open. Evidence? Why is ICE having such a hard time finding "illegals" to deport if there are so many that they are deporting people here legally and in some cases, native born citizens?
5) Agree, but this is less than 1 person per state, a handful that the GOP totally weaponized and blew out of proportion
6) Trump and Pompeo negotiated the deal and left the mess to Biden. There was never going to be an easy extrication at that point.
