Please tell me how this could happen? Isn’t she supposed to have a high level of security?
And who carries a passport around in DC?

She’s itching to move on to humans.
She did say she put the dog story in her book to illustrate that she is willing and capable of doing the hard things that just need to be done. That scared me then and it really scares me now.
She wanted to illustrate how low she was willing to go? . Gunning down a puppy does not “need to be done”. The puppy didn’t do what you wanted him to do. That’s not a reason to murder the little guy. Find a family that could give him unconditional love. If that’s not possible bring him to a shelter where they can find a family for him.
Respectfully, I say this as a dog owner and lover: let's stick to what she is doing to the people. Making a creepy photo-op out of a visit to a concentration camp, where she herself sent people, without due process, disregarding the Constitution, and with the full knowledge that some might be innocent.
Her government has already admitted that an error has been made. Many many of these men were asylum seekers without a criminal record. Kristi Noem will go down in history as the Mengele to Trump's Hitler.

Only the felon has immunity, not her.

Breaking: Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem’s bag, including $3,000 in cash, is stolen from DC restaurant
She can't even protect her own pocketbook....how the heck is she meant to keep the country safe?
And who the heck carries $3k in cash (and was it dollars or rubles?)
And what location, because I cannot even trust her to fabricate this story completely.

She's totally on the take. And someone knew it - not many women walking around with $3k in their purse.
