GDS and Sidwell’s results look a little better than this, so far. That’s significant because isn’t HW’s senior class almost twice the size of both schools?

This class in particular has had to deal with an incredible amount of trauma. The insular and obsessive fixation on "status" and "rankings" does not help. You as parents--especially parents in your dorky weird DC bubble 3,000 miles away--have no idea why certain students may have chosen to apply early to certain colleges.
