This has been well treaded in the FVU megathread. Plenty of Brave wins over Union, and Brave 10s tied a top 10 team (World Class FC) in playoffs while Union 10s got blown out by Surf.
Of course Brave girls will help FVU. Their teams will look very different across the board next year, especially the 08s, 10s, and 11s.
Brave sucked across the board on the girls side.
Careful, Brave Dad will go run to the admins and get any post he doesn't like removed.
Brave 10s are last in their group. So are Union 10s. Brave 08's are third in their group and wont advance. Union 08's won one game in the main draw of Showcase A. And neither Brave or Union 11s were close to making playoffs. FVU will be irrelevant nationally, locally we'll have to see.

I do not think this is correct. Not even close. P4 schools do not limit recruiting to top 10% teams. And the kids not on those teams start. Indeed if you look at most P4 teams most girls do not come from top 10% clubs. Georgetown Keeper is from Arlington. Started right away freshman year. They are a top team.
