I'm not the PP but I'll bite. I don't tall publicly about not buying high end brands or anything with a logo but my husband/parents/good friends know. I don't look down at others who wear and buy that stuff but **I** would never. And, the OP was specific in their question so I'm answering. Logos, high end crap etc. is so gross and not something I would ever buy.

Once I went and someone was yelling at the bar back and I had to step in.

I don’t think these are Bethesda residents they are people who go out in Bethesda.

My son and I grabbed breakfast in Bethesda, thought that would be a safe bet, but no.., it was right after COVID all but 1 employee called in sick with COVID a patron threw his coffee on the one worker. My very large son stood up and as the patron squared up to fight, my son was like dude I’d kill you just leave.

Idk I just can’t do Bethesda.

I avoid Bethesda because parking is annoying, stores are not laid out how I like, and generally overpriced.

Once they charged me for an oil change and said they fixed a broken brake light.

I literally stood in the parking lot with the manager while he mansplained that the oil change was done. My father owned a gas station with mechanic bays my whole life. I know what an oil change is and whether it was done or not. And the light OMG>

Never ever again.

+1 They are exorbitant. I only go there if covered under warrantee.

I mean, isn't an oil change cheaper than a broken brake light?

Either way, at some point dealerships should I understand that good service MIGHT convince me to buy another car from you, but fraudulent service will ensure that I NEVER do.

My personal motto is: Stay at home, shop by mail.

Very rarely worth going to a store anymore, especially when so many places let you ship back for free.
