Proving that DMV lacrosse is still in the picture.
But even as NL was shocking the world, even more shocking developments were happening around our nation’s capital as reports flowed in that major movements of players between the DMV majors were being negotiated.
-3 or 4 ml players from ML are migrating to NL
- 1 or 2 players from dce are going to NL
- several players from dce are defecting to ML (shockingly including one former ML turncoats)
-DCE appears to be the big loser with no reports of name brand players going to DCE
Does this make sense from the point of view of recruiting, development or simple decency? Probably not.
can an already oversubscribed NL take on additional players? Not with out a lot of sadness.
Will this help VLC & True NOVA establish elite 28 teams? It seems like a good possibility.
DMV Lax faithful eagerly await answers to these questions and more.

So I would say the biggest losers are whoever is losing their spot on their longtime team to the kids DM is poaching, and whoever would join a program where the owner has so many random players to plug in that he can throw one on the roster at the same time he is deleting someone who left.

Do they focus on exposing their kids more than wins at some point?
When my DS was playing they did. They knew when a coach was watching and made sure to get minutes. All played. They had a roster of about 22 and most played college most are D1

so i’m just asking here, i see ML has a publically available roster showing 29. How many do NL and DCE have? because that’s crazy! Sounds like nothing more than a money grab.
Anonymous wrote:all i have to say as a parent who’s kid played for a “mid” club and is playing D1 this next spring, getting him a seat at the table all had to do with marketing. it was social media, and reaching out and sending film.

that’s madness!
