Still mum on the subject but seems obvious to me. If you are suddenly pre-menopausal and a lower weight than in your 20s that's not a natural progression.

Adding Jelly Roll. Very well could be Ozempic or Weight loss surgery but 120 pounds from running 2-3 miles per day and a fitness app he's making money from.
