Why are people engaging in this discussion when they don’t even know the context and have the wrong word? He said it in a congressional committee hearing in a widely circulated clip that is less than a minute and very easy to view for yourself.

If you are white and stay clear of racism you would not know the word and you would not use it. It is very much a racial slur.
