The behavior of a small group of students who ruin classroom experience for teacher and behaved students.

Most students pull out their phone during advisory because there is literally nothing else to do. When a substitute teacher is present, students go on you tube videos on the classroom screen against the will of sub teacher. Other students run around classroom turning on or off things, such as in a science classroom the gas switch. Some students leave classroom and security has to come to "settle" the matter.
