Some teams are successful on the field.
09 Boys black 2nd in their EDP division last year and this year and finalist in 2 tournaments this year. That is just this past year, they have other tournament champions and finalist in the past 4 years.
This is just one that I am familiar with, I am sure you can look up other teams and see success in tournaments and league play.
I know there will be haters but these players need to be acknowledged for their hard work and success.
09 would be playing in USYS is they were any good. Finalists in a random bracket of a tournament does not equal successful. How are the girls doing?

They did a couple weeks ago on IG. It did say it was part 1, not sure if there is more coming or if each is coaching 2 teams.
It's conflicting though. Publicly shows JJ on staff, and in parent meetings they did not mention her.

Anonymous wrote:Well, I will give some kiddos to VRSC for the growth they have had in just 5 1/2 years especially when the big investors didn’t come until 2 years ago. When you look at the fields they started on and the small coaching staff they started with there has been progress. Some of the older boys teams are winning games in tournaments against ECNL and MLS teams m, so there is some talent there.
Any business or club takes more than a couple of years to show the growth most of you seem to think they should have already. I hope they reach all of those levels and show you all what they can achieve.
Envy and jealousy are a sad things to see.

Some of those FCV GA players will go to ECNL clubs though. Most likely FCV’s GA teams next year will be filled with current FCV GA2 players perhaps plus some Brave players who lose their ECNL places in the Union combo (VR might pick up some of these players too). A year from now, my bet for the GA clubs is that SYC will be strongest, VR will be second, and FCV will be at the bottom. Five years from now, VR will be strongest because of its facilities and CC.
Yes with time I see VRSC might be at the top, but I don’t know if they have mlsn. Which makes me favor syc due to having already more than successful mlsn program. Vrsc has the money to do what they want, but I must agree that they will truly reach success 5+ years from now.
