What about her original chin? Original lips? Original facial structure with less prominent cheekbone and less exotic eyes not slanting upwards?

Not sure what it means to be considered beautiful due to plastic surgery besides having the financial means and right connections to find the best plastic surgeons that it isn't botched. We could all be stunning if we had the same resources but what would be the point?

OK, so she wasn't attractive pre-plastic surgery. But the plastic surgery looks so fake and gross. Natural looks better than plastic even if someone isn't very good-looking.

That's simply not true. She looks pretty natural in paparazzi pictures and a million times better than with the face she was born with.
