What's with the kangaroo lobby selling us cute cartoons while our allies down under live in terror of these beasts? I can't be the only American to have undergone this slow and shocking realization that everything I'd been told about kangaroos is a lie.

I live in America and own several rifles. I’m not worried about kangaroos. In the extremely unlikely event I get attacked by a kangaroo while out walking my property, I’ll shoot it.

I lived in Australia and I was told more than once to beware of the Roos while out hiking etc….. they can be vicious …… they’re also all over the sides of the roads like squirrels are here in the US
