Why do they do things like this? Get everyone riled up and then punt. Awful.

It’s supposed to be 10/12 for the staff to provide the official proposal to the SB at a public meeting. I don’t know if that date will be pushed in light of the delayed community session.
The website had said that they would release a new plan on Sept. 15, but that was deleted. It now says that there is a Sept. 26 school board work session on middle school boundaries, so maybe they release a revised plan for that session?
The fact that none of us seem to know the date is not confidence-inspiring is it?
They are planning a snow job. They understand that there are entrenched interests on all sides, so are doing their homework and going to come to table with foregone conclusion.
Or…they are just trying to find the option that makes the fewest people unhappy, while that will still be a lot of people. There is no solution that will please everyone.

APS absolutely makes decisions at times because organized groups of people doggedly harass them and they want them to shut up and go away. Remember the School Board are politicians at the end of the day.
