Ones I use:
"Get lost"
"Scram"
"beat it kid" (this one is always used in a joking way when my kids are pestering me - I also use "stop pestering me")
"moving like molasses"
"slow poke"
"space cadet"

LDS culture has a particularly strong set of syllabic parallels for swear words.

Try the Quebecois scene for strange swear words. Tabernak for tabernacle will get your mouth washed out with soap.

Instead of f bombing, I'm trying to emulate Col. Sherman T. Potter and say things like "horse hockey!" "Mule Muffins!" and "Shiverin Shinbones!"

"Useless as Teets on a bull" is probably way outdated at this point, but was way common in my midwestern upbringing
