Some 80 year olds are a lot more physically and mentally fit than other 80 year olds. Age minimums are reasonable and a maximum would be also. Maybe 75 maximum at the beginning of a term?

World’s biggest sack of crap, one Moscow Mitch McConnell, had a very human and very public bout of sickness. This human episode almost seemed to evoke pity or sympathy in normal humans, but Moscow Mitch went straight back to being a huge sack of crap.
