what are US authorities doing to contain this out of control fire? If you read the article you will note how many fires are currently burning in the US alone, and the major one in Washington state that is on both sides of the US-Canadian border.

I thought of this thread on the weekend pp. The Eagle Bluff fire started in Washington State and crossed into B.C. causing many evacuation alerts and orders in Canada. Firefighters on both sides are working round the clock. No one I know in Canada is asking "Is anyone doing anything about the USA?"

It takes investment of energy, money and time to manage so Fires like this do not burn but Trudeau was concered about calling Truckers sexists and worried about someone in Italy using the wrong pronouns for him / she / it/ they / he / her / non-binary whatever

They need to do something other than eating Tim Hortons all day
Tim Hortons was serially bought by an American company and now it kind of sucks, so we don’t really eat it much anymore.
Canadian here. I really wanted to say this yesterday but was trying to be polite. Sorry but Tim Hortons is blah now. My Firefighter husband is too busy fighting fires to explain what Canada is doing, worst fire season ever in Canada.
