Here in US, we just give money to halal(kosher) meat shops who arranges sacrifices on ranches and send meat to poor or local charity kitchens.
I've been in US for three decades and have no wish to do it in my backyard or elsewhere. I do send amount equal to sacrifice to charities as in my opinion honoring the spirit of the sacrifice by helping others is the right thing, eating steaks of it is not.
