If you read the accusation and her alleged "denial", they're actually about different things. The accusation was that she wrote more than 40 appellate briefs agaimst asylum seekers. Her response is that she was not involved in any deportation efforts; which is of course orthogonal to the accusation while still feeling like a denial. As an experienced lawyer, she is no doubt skilled enough to recognize this. Therefore, I consider her response to be a tacit admission of guilt.

Mahmud of Ghazni was gay and appeared in public with his boyfriend Malik Ayaz back in 1515. Was not till recent history that more extreme forms of Muslim got all anti gay.

MCPS is so good at throwing money on losing causes. This case is now on its way to the Supreme Court and we know how the current court will rule on the first amendment.....
