Take a look at 793(e) counts starting on page 28. They have a long list of docs. Many of them concerned nuclear info, which is significant because there are special declassification procedures for those and they are the single category that the president cannot unilaterally declassify. Pretty clearly put those in there to head off the "I declassified them with my mind" defense.

My take away is they are accepting that Trump had all the documents that he knew he shouldn’t have and had said he didn’t have.

2. When you read through the list of the documents he kept, the theme becomes obvious. Lots and lots of capabilities of foreign countries. Almost like stuff other countries would be interested in.

Given that some of these crimes happened in NJ, why can't they charge him there?
