Boston College fits that description as does The U/Miami.

Hi, in terms of vibe, I would put NU with Duke and UPENN.
Or are you talking about prestige? I think at the selectivity level you are talking about, they are roughly the same and it should be about fit.
There is very little chance a kid who is a good fit at Duke is a good fit at JHU or UChicago
