I have moocher in-laws and it is very difficult. I resent it because it happened due to extreme laziness, fil quitting jobs the minute it got difficult, overspending on dining out and clothing...I don't respect it and it upsets me we had to give them money, and right now I think they are gearing up to ask again. It's a worry over our head I believe no adult children of people raised with plenty of help and opportunities should have.

Probably because most of the people on here are older and identify more with the role of "parent" than they do with "child". They also have no conception of how the economy works for young people and no interest in learning.
