Utterly meaningless given how NEU “games” its stats. Easy example - it accepts many students into first semester abroad or in CA and none of those students scores are factored into these number.

The quality of the student body is similar across those schools, but where Wellesley stands out is in financial and faculty resources.

The others have student to faculty ratios of 10:1 or higher. Wellesley is 7:1.

Wellesley may not have the same outcome for earnings after college, but this is due to a liberal arts emphasis (Tufts is the same way). Wellesley outshines the others for placement to top law, med, PhD, and MBA schools. More of their grads get competitive fellowships as well on a per capita basis.

For a solely undergrad experience, Wellesley is exceptional.

These are interesting - I think Niche is better when considering undergrad ranking but maybe WSJ when considering undergrad and graduate.

Argue all you want. Below Harvard/MIT is essentially interchangeable.

Of course you would be fine at any of the fine schools for CS, but schools as a whole NU is regarded a level above WPI and UMA which have around 60% acceptance rates.

That doesn’t make it lower ranked than Tufts? It’s still very highly regarded and is objectively an elite school.
