It may be just me, but I have hit the cancel button instead of the submit button almost every time I’ve posted from my iPad today. Could you move it over to the right a smidge?

Otherwise very good. I’m 50 and can handle without reading glasses!

I’m not. It’s so much easier to get to. Just go to the three lines at the top left. Tap it and you’ll see Recent Topics.

Looks like 5th grade IT project. Fail.

Ugh, it’s awful. I hope Jeff is paying attention to how many of us are immediately clicking to the old version. Apparently nothing was learned from the last failed redesign.

Why are you missing recent topics? I still see it -- the link is on the bottom of each page, just like before.

Jeff - I am impressed that you are making changes based on your readers' feedback!
I feel heard!
But really, I have always thought of DCUM as a labor of love for you (although you must get paid a lot based on ads).

I pretty much like it. I am reading it on an iPad. But in Recent Topics, it is showing the last post time and date twice rather than the original posting time.

Are there fewer recent topics? It feels shorter. That will reduce engagement since many of us just scroll through recent and look for active discussions.

I like the old version much, much better. I appreciate the larger font but not the cluttered look of the titles it's hard to stay focused and want to click on things. I will use the old version thanks for making that available to us.

I can't go back, but you can:

Can you put this link to get to the old version somewhere obvious on the new version?

Or is there a way for my phone to automatically go to the old version when I type in dcum into my browser?

One of the issues is too much white space. On the older version, there are some minor shadings that make it easier on the eyes to differentiate items in the list. Right now everything has too much glare for my old eyes.

Personally, I also like the number of replies being the first thing that I see in the "recent topics" list on the right, because if I"m tracking a thread, at a certain point I remember how many answers there have been and if the number hasn't increased, I know where I left off.

Right now I came to my desktop to view the new interface and the font, sizing, and excessive white space is very pronounced here.
