They took it 2/27 at our school in McLean pyramid so I’m assuming end of April and not today. Did the schools expecting to receive today take it early than that?

They took it later this year. I heard late April for results but no idea if that’s true.

Nothing yet in a Tuesday folder, email, SIS "test history," or SIS "documents."

It's still been less than a month since DC took the test, though I remember hearing they typically come out around spring break just like AAP acceptances.

My DC got 96% on IOWA and 550 SOL. Consistent gets 4s on report cards and 100% correct on quizzes/tests in class. With that, I am uncertain, not so much because of algebra next year but down the road. DC seems to want to pursue it, though, so we’re leaning towards doing it.

Same. Confident DC can handle algebra and geometry, but concerned as the rest accelerated. Tough b/c DC wants to stay with peers and do algebra, but I too am concerned about calc as junior/etc.

But congrats to those whose kids tested in and are excited about it!

Your child might still get in. I think if the SOL is close they may evaluate other factors.

Who does the evaluation for the placement - the MS or ES teachers?

Neither. Placement is done by the middle school administrator.

My 6th grader got a 97% on Iowa and a 479 on SOL.. I am also relieved that we won't have to decide. I'm wondering though, is it possible that they would still place them??
