Are you this insecure that you actually thought this was make Va look better? Both states have more outbound moves than inbound.
There’s no insecurity. Just stating fact that more people are moving from Maryland than Virginia.
With Virginia being the poorer state, it’s citizens can’t scrape up the money to afford the moving expenses .
