My goal this month is to reset from overindulgence in Nov/Dec to a more reasonable approach, such as a meet up with a friend. I had one small glass and still felt fine this morning but really enjoyed that glass more than if I'd had a glass or two every day over the past week while making or cooking dinner, watching tv or other daily tasks.
Back to dry today!
That's a win! I think part of Dry January is resetting the holiday indulgence and approaching wine as a treat that you can savor on occasion.

Idk eliminating alcohol reduces calories (provided we don’t replace it with food or caloric drinks). According to the Reframe app I reduced 1200 calories this week. At the end of the month I should be down a pound. Doesn’t sound like much but I’ll take it.
