It's cheaper to keep both. This is op. We pay $103 for a FAMILY membership and $289 for my wife and both kids to be members at the new lifetime fitness closer to our house. If I wanted to be a member at lifetime, I would need to pay an extra $189 and drive 30 minutes each way. My wife does being me as a guest every two months for free. She did point out that she brings them twice a week when I am not working, so I have the house to myself. I didn't consider the gymnastics and sports classes that are included in the membership. Both of our kids go to gymnastics twice a week. Another thing I didn't know was the kid's academy has an outdoor play area so they do get to be outdoors when it's nice. They can come and go outside. We will freeze the membership for a month or two, so my wife can figure out if she can handle the driving to and from.
This is definitely not true OP. I added my husband to my lifetime membership for $60 last month. No special or anything.
You must be a different club than the king of Prussia. It's $189 per adult. We aren't local anymore.
Op I checked and it's $80 to add me. Either way I'm not interested as it's too far away and gets crowded at night. The first adult is $189. The kids are each $50.

Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Why do people spend so much for Lifetime when Planet Fitness is $10/month? I don't get it.
Childcare, steam room, hot tub, towel service are my reasons. I also belong to a closer cheap gym for when my DH can watch the kids and I can get in and out, but the experience is wildly different.

Wrinkly and saggy?

Maybe guilt her over that?
What's wrong with that?
If she doesn’t want to actively parent maybe she should get a full-time job
