I posted that before I saw the map. They actually decided specifically to exclude all of the large apartment buildings on Connecticut but instead include buildings in Cleveland Park on Wisconsin that are already close to the public dog park. LOL.

DP. Rosedale was *not* a “weedy dust bowl then.” Rosedale has always been an “incredible asset” for the neighborhood.
