. . . and this was in response to a challenge laid down by Henry Cohen asking candidates to say just one nice thing about the other candidates. The most telling response is that about how he is newly motivated to participate in community issues in Ward 3. It seems that the irony of that tweet has escaped him.
There was nothing wrong with that thread. Not sure what you think is so wrong with it?
There was nothing wrong with it. I saw multiple posts here saying that he didn’t participate so now he’s motivated to do it more. The problem is…?
And it’s telling that Frumin supporters continue to be so classless in victory.
How or where is this happening?
Right in this very thread. Jesus.
How do you know the people who are raising Goulet's classless tweets are Frumin supporters? You realize this is an anonymous forum, right?
That’s a pretty shallow argument. However, the options are limited so then you’re a bunch of classless Finley supporters instead? The easiest thing to do is to stop being classless if you don’t want your behavior to tarnish your favored candidate.

Maybe Goulet should not have been classless in stating that the black people living in the ward are all on vouchers?
Maybe goulet should not have been classless in seeking out of state, right wing undlisclosed financial support for his campaign?
Maybe Goulet should not have been classless in actually saying something honorable about his political opponents. I mean even the kid in the room was able to do that.

If there are any Goulet supporters or insiders here, I would be very interested in links to comments that Mr. Goulet is referring to.
There was a lot of pro Frumin sentiment on Chevy Chase and Tenleytown, lots of attacks on Goulet and his dark money support.
Pro-Frumin is not an attack on Goulet.
An attack on dark money is not an attack on Goulet.

You didn't think the comments Goulet made about some of the candidates were a bit classless?
No, not at all. I don’t know all the details about the listservs, but the attacks claiming racism were way beyond the pale and deserve to be called out.
