Not trying to be mean or ugly, but this house should be priced around $1.1M if they actually plan to sell it. And even then it'll be a tough sell.
They should have left that original bungalow and updated it.

I drive by here every day, and I've watched with horror as some crazy builder took a tiny old brick Cape that's situated right on the corner of two busy streets and backing onto the Purple Line and turned it into something resembling a Howard Johnsons. From the listing the inside is almost worse than the outside. At any price it would be a horror show. They can't actually think they'll get $2.1m for this, can they? It was originally listed in December for $2.3m.
