Would CrossFit be a good workout? Or should I get a personal trainer a couple times a week for 30 minutes each?
The latter is more expensive. I don’t do much other than a lot of walking right now, roughly 5-7 miles a day.

I now own the equipment and stream BodyPump at home (best purchase all pandemic). How is CrossFit different? Is the emphasis on how much you can lift instead of repetition?
CrossFit is heavier weight, more intense, more “work to muscle failure” mentality. BodyPump you really aren’t using that much weight and it is choreographed to allow breaks for one muscle group while working another.
