Can’t speak for others, but my view is that voting is a right, whereas going to a bar is a privilege. Even without a mandate private businesses have the right to refuse service to those whom they deem a hazard to others.

You should look up what coercion means.
Its too easy to hide behind a claim that it's voluntary when it's not really voluntary if it is designed to be coercive.
