For PK3 I'm almost positive you could get a spot at Bunker Hill, Burroughs, Noyes, Bethune, or Friendship (I don't know the others as well). Mundo and the other Montessoris more of a stretch but not impossible in this weird year.

No, that's not correct. Some schools are Early Action which guarantees a seat IB but there are ways you have to list it in the lottery application. Not every Title 1 does this.
