I was in a similar situation OP. I got pregnant with my third (without trying) while one of my best friends was implanting her last embryo left. I did not want to tell her. I felt bad. I ended up telling her at 12 weeks abs she was upset I did not tell her before.
Her last embryo is now a beautiful 3 year old, but she still does it understand why I hesitated. She always says that she could have been happy for me not matter what her outcome was.

Hope you’ve similarly policed yourself from sharing job successes (someone may be unemployed or underemployed or unhappy at work), engagement announcements (someone might be single, broken up, or divorced), news about family coming to visit (someone might have dead parents or may be estranged from their family), etc., etc., etc., etc. forever.

I’m sorry but are none of your friends supposed to communicate any happiness about their own journey for the many years that another friend is trying? Three years of trying should mot override anyone around you being able to talk about becoming pregnant.
