I think OP is really asking if there is a Girls side of MLS next. There isn’t and there won’t be.

As I mentioned, I only have boys, and my oldest made the red team and not MLS next. My younger boy plays soccer as his secondary sport, and is on a lower-level team. So yes, I don't know a lot about MLS next, especially as it pertains to girls, since girls teams were not on my radar at all.
