Colt McCoy, former Redskins QB. But he as the last name "McCoy" to go with it.

Not that your last name is Conner, it's the first hard C name that came to mind.
Yeah, I think it sounds good with C last names. Colt Calloway. Colt Cohen. Colt Collins. Colt Crawford. Sounds like an athlete.
Not as good though if the last name has only one syllable: Colt Clark. Colt Cox. Colt Cook. A little too staccato.
