Does she have access to a vehicle? If so, when she forgets an item, she goes and retrieves it. Make a list of items that need to be brought to school/camp each day. The day’s expenses can be tallied before she leaves each day. Nanny and child check the backpack against the list before departing. You don’t say if this is your first nanny but the veteran Mbs on here can tell you her other attributes such as being loved by your children, very reliable and flexible are MUCH harder to find. Trust me on this—you will regret letting her go.
