So, how do you manage that? Because this is me: I've had a rather stressful few months, and it's about to get worse for the next few months. I know I tend to overeat when stressed, and I can't make the stressful events go away any quicker (government timeline, not mine). What do I do???
YMMV, but I turn to less junky food. Instead of shoveling doritos onto my mouth, I go for a box of cereal (mini wheats to placate my sweet tooth).
Instead of a tub of icescream on my lap, it's now a bag of no salt oyster crackers.
For me, the act of grading and putting food in my mouth helps me destress.
