Are there times when everything is working well, e.g. after some kind of "reset" or something, at least for a few days? If so, shorty after a such "reset", and when car is working well, take it to CarMax and sell it to them, they'll run it through their inspection process (hopefully that will go well) and offer you some $$$. In today's market, you should be able to fetch decent amount of $$$ for a 2018 Ody.

Unfortunately, the only way to get satisfaction in a situation like this is to be a total ass-hat. They have your money and are probably sure at this point they will never be able to sell you another car. That's why they just want you to go away.

I am not above blasting the salesman and service department head and dealership by name in as many social media platforms as possible. Document everything and be sure that everything you say is true.


Just get a couple of estimates to replace all of the electronics and wiring and then file for arbitration

^^^ Not the OP, but I also have a 2018 Odyssey. I am also tempted to just sell it due to current market conditions, but I need a van and buying a replacement would be very costly at this point.

How much time and energy do you have OP? If not much, I’d see what Carmax or Carvana will give you without mentioning the issues. I bet it’s more than you think right now. I have a 2014 Odyssey that I love and I would have gotten a new one but for all the issues.
