One thing I do is eat only 6 hours a day. I've been doing this for over 6 years on the advice of my oncologist, and I'm sure it helps. But in those 6 hours I put away a lot of food.
You maybe skinny but not healthy!

Then I ran errands and ate dinner at 6:30 pm. It was basically gnawing on meat from a roasted chicken. No drumstick or breast, just picking the bones off of it, and I ate what skin was there. Then I had two more keto bars (I have a wheat and dairy allergy, they are vega and no wheat, I am not keto). And I had pumpkin seeds for a snack.
That is what I ate today. I am 5'4' and 115 lbs. I was 107 lbs, but now over 50, it seems I am to stay above 115 lbs. That is fine by me.
But, that might not be thin for some.

This. I do drink. And I eat everything. I just love vegetables and am very happy eating a good salad or soup. I also run.
Yep, I'm a lifelong runner too and I eat reasonable meals and snack on junk food and sweets as long as it's not overboard.
