I live in DC proper, not disclosing beyond that. Diverse neighborhood (both racially and socioeconomically). I see mostly UMC people wearing these those. Again - fashionable women, the kind who can pull of a jumpsuit (another controversial item on DCUM). But I honestly think some of these ladies could rock this look even in a more conservative or homogenous neighborhood -- they just look good.
